Should the number of entrees fall below this count, you will be charged for within 5% of the guaranteed count. Buffet and Hors d' Oeuvres parties are not subject to the above 5% leeway.    Cake-cutting and/or corkage charges apply should you wish to supply your own cake and/or wine. In order to serve your party promptly and professionally, we must limit your choice to two entrees. Should two entrees be selected, one starch will be chosen to complement both meals, if appropriate. We also request the use of food tickets when serving parties of over 20 people, with a selection of two entrees. This procedure enables our wait staff to serve as quietly as possible, while ensuring an accurate count of the number served.    If meal service is delayed due to late arrival of guests, there will be a "late service charge" of $35 per 30 minutes of delay from the original scheduled time of meal service.    Please note that Francesco's is closed for lunch on Saturdays but does accommodate banquet functions. However, there is a room charge of $65 and the reservation may be subject to a minimum headcount.    A $100 deposit is required upon booking a banquet reservation. However, if the scheduled event is in December, then a $200 deposit is required.    Cancellation within 30 days of the scheduled events will result in loss of deposit.
